Cornea Map
Below are maps of my left eye (on the right) and right eye (on the left) that were made on April 28, 1998. I'm not quite sure what to make of these, except that the blue streak running from about 11 o'clock to 5 o'clock in the left eye matches quite closely the astigmatic smearing that I see in that eye.
Note that the left eye is about five months post-transplant, with the running stitch still in place. There's about 7.5 diopters of astigmatism presently in the eye.
The right eye is a bit more than eighteen months post-transplant, with all stitches removed and only a little bit of residual astigmatism.
