[time-nuts] Rb settling time after C-field adjust?

Hi John,

My "guru" agrees as seen from his comments here:

----------------------------------------------------------
For a small change of the C-field, it is probably stable
enough after a few minutes. The slow (and small) change
after a few minutes is buried in the frequency fluctuations
of the 5065A.
----------------------------------------------------------
