Another reference to cesium accuracy can be found in a

Satellite SVN#36 (whatever that is - NOAA?) appeared to
experience a failure of the magnetic shields of its FTS
tube. They discovered the problem when the frequency
changed by about +/- 2 x 10E-12 as it rotated through the
Earth's field. They show the math for calculating the
frequency error in terms of delta magnetic field.
