[time-nuts] Low Cost GP-IB PCI card?

I don't think there is such a thing as a "low cost" GPIB card. Sometimes you
can find one on ebay for an ok price, but not often. There was a USB to GPIB
adapter that was mentioned on this list a while back. It was inexpensive.
