Hi Bob --

I've done several programs to log time interval data from HP 5370B and
5334A/B counters.  They are written in perl for the Linux-gpib library
and drivers.  I've also done a program called "stable-stats" that will
read a logfile of timestamp/data pairs and generate a webpage and plots,
including Allan Deviation.  Again, it's Linux oriented and requires the
"Grace" plotting program.

If you're interested in more details, let me know and I'll point you to
the programs.
