It is interesting how easy solar bursts is being called in to explain system
failures. While they do pose a problem, I am not convinced that it is the
problem, and in one case equipment was affected prior to a pretty mediocre
solar burst was recorded. In that case it was odd that only a certain eqipment
failed too. Ah well.
