What would the odds of that be? There are so many sniping services and
programs out there.

But anyhow, logic would dictate if it was a simple DB design behind the
scenes, it would go by whoever input their request first. But with it being
multithreaded I hope it would all boil down to luck of the draw on the
server side accepting and processing requests.
