I don't think this is the case. Not only don't the ACEIII's have a 10KHz, 
even if you could mod the N1JEZ board for 1PPS input;  Thunderbolts have 
special learning algorithms that interact with data from the OCXO like 
HP/Symmetricom's Smartclock technology that the ACEIII wouldn't have.
