[time-nuts] Concern over Daylight Saving Time

The beginning of Daylight Saving Time in 2007.  Or the end of the world?

I work in an IT department and I'm finding that many of my colleagues
aren't concerned about this at all.  There hasn't been much concern
about correcting the issue by patching systems and applications.

Is this just my inner "time-nut" talking, who will be concerned that the
clock will be off an hour on various devices?
