Hello Jeroen,

I looked at both items. 
 From my frugal ham perspective they are 10 times overpriced.
Unless you have the specific card cage/chassis and
interface you will have to design your own.

Some thoughts about E-bay:

Most dealers are simply junk dealers, buying scrap by the
dumpster load and trying to peddle it.

Most dealers do not have competent people to test or refurbish,
even though they say fully tested or refurbished.

Do not believe the dealer who describes his stuff as NICE,
Yes, nice for him if you buy it....

Here in America, E-bay is the internet flea market. You do not know what
 you really get till you get it home and on the test bench.
Any returns are at your expense, if returns are accepted.

Certainly there are gems to be had via E-bay, but you must be patient in 
finding them,
and flexible enough not to get upset if you end up with junk.
