It's not DIY, but there's a nice Odetics IRIG display on EBay at present
which might be worth following up. Item 290094318296

Subject: [time-nuts] DIY IRIG-B Display?

Fellow clockers,

Does anyone know of any DIY displays that'll decode a standard
IRIG-B signal? I'm thinking it'd be kind of fun to create such, but I work
better if I have some idea of where to start.

	Thanks much.
