[time-nuts] PTS310 Manual

Hi Nigel,

I have a few Teknet manuals already on my web site, particularly a
couple of service manuals from before they decided they were not going
to offer those for download.

I also checked their conditions and I did not see any obvious indication
they would mind.

Considering they can change their policy at any time, I think it is
appropriate to save them for future generations. I'll bet 20 years from
now people will still be fixing boat anchors, but stuff built about now
will be in the trash.

Didier

PS: I did buy a frequency counter from Teknet a couple of years ago and
they did an excellent job. The transaction and equipment were absolutely
top flight.
