Are you comparing apples with apples? some nanoseconds error in _phase_
(time) seem reasonable (for the HP) . A _frequency_ error in the range
of 1E-10 to 1E-12 is also reasonable (for the FURY).
But then I have neither of the units you compare, so I could have
misunderstood your issue.
