Polysulfone foam is better since the case temperature can approach the
90C junction temperature.
Delrin has inferior high temperature mechanical and electrical properties.
Leakage (from the heater to the zener) between pins via the insulator
may be problematic.
AFAIK nylon/delrin is a poor insulator at high temperatures.
