[time-nuts] Trimble GPSDO power supply unit./antenna sensing

I have noticed on my unit that with one particular active antenna (a small 
magnetic base unit for vehicles), the flag often cycles between normal and 
open.

It could be that some of the newer, smaller antennas use less current that 
the older ones and the antenna current sensing on the Thunderbolt can't 
cope.
