[time-nuts] Help needed with HP 16700A

Bizarre. So the problem follows the bad board? I may try swapping out
the parts on the board anyway. looks like some tantalum caps, diodes,
and a resistor or two...
Any pointers to what the values should be there? The service manual
doesn't go into any of that detail...
