Look at the Spectradynamics offerings for frequency distribution
amplifiers, or roll your own its not too difficult to match their
performance.

Wenzel's distribution amps have a lower phase noise floor but relatively
low reverse isolation.

Distributing the PPS signal with low jitter is a little more difficult
especially if you need sub nanosecond jitter.
