Personally I suspect something like the interaction cross sectional area for
a neutrino  :-).  Though what that is in SI terms I'm not sure - must be
pretty low 'cos most of 'em just ghost straight through the earth without
interacting.

This probably means that this is a very small gnat with a correspondingly
small ass - along the lines of "greater fleas have lesser fleas ... and so
ad infinitum".
