[time-nuts] Would a Resolution T work?

Stinky is usually pretty good. Because you should be able to sniff the
problem out. Pun intended.
My favorite part is the capacitors. They tend to go in older gear. I have
fixed a lot of test equipment by replacing poorly performing or open filter
caps.
