Ed,

The easiest way is to couple out the 10Mhz from the two pins on the
connector holding the 10811 into a Fet input buffer amplifier that can
drive 50 ohms.

There are lots of FET buffer schematics floating around.

Try the radio amateurs handbook or google it.
