[time-nuts] TBolt leap log

Here's a snip of my Thunderbolt leap second log.  345614 is the leap 
second.  Looks like the minor alarm 128 went away.  I'm pretty sure 
bit 7 (decimal 128) is the leap second pending bit, so that makes sense...
