[time-nuts] fleabay cesium

I need a new hobby where the things I want to bid on are not advertised to
potential buyers with such precision.  EVERY item I bid on that was
mentioned here went for far more than previous similar items.  That darn HP
3456A meter I wanted went for 2x the average!    Hehe, oh well, maybe next
time!
