F11 toggles between full screen and windowed mode.

Yes,  the adev plots match the adev tables shown on the screen.  The adev decades in the plot are highlighted by cyan colored dots.  

Horizontally,  the scale is 1,2,5 decades (one decade every three major divisions).  

Vertically the scale is linear between decades (i.e.  each decade marker represents the exponent) and each minor tick is the mantissa.

Also be very aware that the adev values from Lady Heather are calculated from its own internally generated error estimates.  They are not the same as what would be generated from a counter with an external,  independent reference.  They usually match fairly well for time intervals above the pll time constant value (set with the '&' keyboard command).
