Good stuff!

The phase shifter needs to be tuned for a perfect circle, with enough
5 MHz signal from WWV. There are no X and Y gain adjustments. I had a
good (perfect is in the eye of the beholder) circle on mine.

For a good time, apply a stable 10 MHz to the local standard input
when propagation favors skip from Hawaii and WWVH. As conditions
change, you will hear either a male voice from WWV or a female voice
from WWVH. The bright part of the circle should change position with
the station received, showing you the phase shift between them. In
Minnesota, it was nearly 180 degrees + n * 360.

Of course, if you sell it you won't be able to see that.
