[time-nuts] 4 KV Power Supply Recommendations

The one I saw over on the "evil empire" (4 KV @ 200 mA) had a
max rating of 200 Watts. Kind of puny for that pair of 3-500's !!

Another one with a 500 VDC rating used what looked like Pin Jacks
for the output. OSHA must love them.
