[time-nuts] Thunderbolt test results

Hi

The Thunderbolt doc's are less than perfect. Warren has posted a lot of
information to this list about tweaking the TBolt control loop to improve
it's performance.

I Changed the Time Constant to 400 seconds, the results attached show a much
improved performance.
I will try other values.  I will let ye know if I get much more improved
performance that this.

I am surprised that there is no mention that modifying this value
may improve performance in the Thunderbolt documentation? The default value
in my Thunderbolt is 10s- terrible performance at this value.
