Tracor Instruments Inc., formerly a division of Tracor Inc., changed its  
name to Tremetrics Inc. 
The division was purchased from Tracor by Baker  Hughes, a Houston-based 
business involved in oilfield products and services.  Baker Hughes also owns 
TN Technologies in Round Rock.
