Check a vendor like Traco, find a +5/+12/-12 DC/DC converter
of approximately the same physical size and you're all set.

You may even find one with the same pinout.

Alternatively, if you do not need to use +24 supply, replace the
entire power-supply with e a regular AC/DC switchmode supply of
some kind.
