[time-nuts] HP 5373 rom images

According  to a Magnus request, I just uploaded the rom images of the 5373
to Didier´s site.
Apparently, ther is no difference in hardware from the 5372 to 5373 - I had
to  replac the A3, A4, A5 and A6 boards to restore funcionality, using 5372
boards, and it is working fine. However,  I didn´t test the pulse
functionality yet.
