[time-nuts] Fix Trimble Oscillator??

Hi, Bill / Chuck --

I can confirm that the whole oscillator including oven runs on 12 volts.
However, you do have to connect two different pins to +12 and two different
pins to ground to make it work (see attached).  Current drain should be in
the 500 mA neighborhood for the first couple of minutes.

The Trimble-labelled OCXOs are superb parts, well worth repairing if the
only problem is a bad oven controller.  I removed and measured the
oscillators from two Thunderbolts chosen at random, and they're in the same
ballpark as a premium-grade Wenzel ULN.
