[time-nuts] Thunderbolt Firmware Application Version?

I have an older Thunderbolt with the 2.22 firmware.

It sometimes jumps the pps error when switching satellites,
causing a transient in the OCXO control loop.

Does the 3.0 firmware fix this?

Can the 2.22 be flashed to 3?
