Hi Ed,
I once got a 8600 with the devar broken in shippment due to inadequate
packaging. It is now working fine in a friends time-lab.

My point is: as hobbyist one cannot ofcause demand or expect support
without paying the commercial fee. However, beeing lucky to have the right
