[time-nuts] Tag Heuer Battery Replacement

I have a Tag Heuer men's watch. The battery is going out as the second 
hand looks to be advancing 4 seconds at a time while keeping time.

What is involved for this watch? any special tools? This will be the 
third time the battery has been changed. What should I expect to pay? 
Who can do this? I live near Orlando (Oviedo).
