Here is more information on FE-5680 and a good program for reprogramming.  I got this from nichgeek on ebay.  The program is in both chinease and english with chinease being the default.  The program comes up with button lables as question marks.  In order to change to english go to the lower left button and click on the little down arrow and select ENGLISH.  The rest is self explanitory.  Anyone interested email me and I will email you the program and wiring documentation.
