Dickson,

With a gate time of 10 seconds, in statistics mode you can see 13 digits at 10MHz easily.
While I agree it is not an SR620, it a very worth while unit to own. Much nicer than the 5370B units
to operate, and if you get the "C" model, you can measure all the way to a little over 2GHz.
