Some GPS boxes pass the info on to to the user.
The T2 format from the HP Z3801A has a slot that goes 0, +, - for none,
insert, delete.

I think the TBolts do something similar, but they use a binary protocol.
Read the user manual for the fine print. Ugh. I couldn't find a full
description. There is a bit in the minor alarms, but that doesn't tell you
if it is insert or delete. There is code in the NTP Palisade driver. When I
run out of other things to do, I'll see if it makes sense. That driver
covers several models so that chunk of code may not apply to the TBolts.
Did anybody have a TBolt running NTP for the last leap second?
