[time-nuts] HP 3586B Selective Level Meter

KEX 1190 in Portland Oregon has been 30 Hz low for several hours.
The first field is Unix time, seconds since 1970 GMT.

The 3586B is using the Thunderbolt's 10 MHz for its frequency reference.
