[time-nuts] pc loran c program

Hi Paul yes it can be a bit of a fiddle....one of the Brit Columbia stations maybe VE7SL did a friendly "front end" for it and one of Murray Greenman's collegues produced another for phase tracking VLF stations amongst other application, I think.
