[time-nuts] NTGS50AA, better than Thunderbolt

One of my 37265's has a phase noise floor of -174dBc/Hz (measured using 
the dual (statistically independent) reference technique).

My pair of 34310-T's appear to have a phase noise floor of around 
-150dBc/Hz.
