Hi All --

Some of you know that I've been working on a very high performance
buffer amplifier in both a single channel version and a 6 channel
version that will replace the TADD-1, which TAPR discontinued because
the MAX477 op-amp is no longer available.

Unfortunately life and health and a few other things have gotten in the
way, and while I still want to finish these products at this point I
can't say when that will be.

In light of that, and in light of reports that people have had success
substituting other chips for the MAX477 (check the time-nut archives for
details), TAPR has decided to make the printed circuit board for the
TADD-1 available for those who want to roll their own.

The price of the bare board is $15 plus shipping and you can order by
going to https://tapr.org/kits_tadd-1.html and clicking the "order" button.

We are also planning to do another run of the TADD-ENC enclosure for the
TADD-series products; please contact the TAPR office for details if
you're interested in one.

John
