[time-nuts] Locked onto LORAN 8970 GRI Monday AM

[Stan, W1LE]

Have had lock onto slave Seneca for about 20 minutes on GRI 8970.
compared to GPS/DO: phase offset 3.6 degrees, freq offset 6E-11
