[time-nuts] Odd propagation

Not quite "LF" but 160M (technically "MF") was truly spectacularly good in
IARU HF from NA to EU and SA. I had a blast and I think the previous NA
records for 160M mults were easily shattered.

160M has been pretty good to SA for past couple weeks.

Where do the LF guys hang out?
