[time-nuts] eLoran announcement in the UK

Been quite.
I have had a 3586 on listening to wwvb for testing and I jump up to 100KC
every now and then. Granted if I don't here anything I go back. Pretty pot
luck.
Maybe they lost funding or since wwvb is now so good we won't do anything.
