[time-nuts] Measuring Phase diference between different GPSDO

Now the trick is:
How to use the 5370B to measure the phase difference.
Anyone care to point me towards an APP note or two?!

5370Bs were a $20,000 instrument by the time they went out of production, so that's probably why HP recommended the use of a more economical phase meter.
Given that you have a 5370B, it's definitely the right thing to use.
