I suspect that even if the target system is a Raspberry PI the  critical
point is the $17 price (including shipping).

For "precise time & frequency", I am surprised that cost is the first 
consideration, unless you are buying more than a few units!  Especially if 
you weigh the effort required to remove the unwanted antenna.
