-138 at 1 Hz would be pretty awesome.  You'd normally expect to see that
from a distribution amp by itself, never mind the OCXO!

According to the .PDF document from APL, their spec was only -141 dBc/Hz at
100 Hz from the (5 MHz) carrier, which is obviously (and uninformatively)
conservative.  Build an oscillator with that thing and let's see what it'll
really do!
