[time-nuts] Tymserve 2100 thinks it's 1995?

The date is " 7,169  Days   -- or --   1,024  Weeks and  1  Days » back, So that indicates it is due to GPS week rollover. 
There may be fixes from the manufacturer. Or  you could correct in software before use.
