[time-nuts] KS-24361 "NO GPS" - again

Thees units were made for the phone company, and phone companies
are big on "hot-swapping" modules.  The shorter pins are shortened
to make sure that their circuit doesn't make contact until the
longer pins have made contact.  Don't "fix" them!
