  I found a ref that the 08924-61037 is a HP part number and googling the two found

Pin 1 B+ 12.65V IN
Pin 2 GND
Pin 3 Oven +10-12V   +-
Pin 5 OSC Disable
SMB RF out

There is NO pin 4 . work that out.
