Hi Bob, 

This is a phase plot of a rubidium to an M12 from a test that I did
back in 2008. The offset and ageing have been removed, but there is
still a bit of wander. 
As with your plot, constellation related issues appear the most
obvious. Peak to peak is fairly similar too.
